Sam Simmons and Ed Lagiewka were among the first skating enthusiasts Tuesday to test their figure-eights on Winnipeg's newest rink, located in the park behind the Centennial Library on Donald Street. The skating rink comes complete with a warm-up shack for downtown workers who want some fresh air and exercise during their lunch breaks.
